Although we offer extensive training courses, there are many requirements the students must have to qualify to take the test. Below we list the qualifications for the API 510 exam.

·         If you hold a bachelor’s degree or higher, you are required to have one year experience being supervised by API 510 requirements.
·         If you hold an associate’s degree or certificate, you are required to have two years of experience. Your experience must consist of designing and operating pressure vessels while having one year of supervised activity.
·         If you have a high school diploma, you are required to have three years of experience operating and inspecting pressure vessels. One of the three years must be supervised with API 510 inspection duties.
·         If you hold no prior education in technology or engineering, you are required to have five years of experience working and inspecting pressure vessels. One of the five years must be supervised.
